DETAILED ITINERARY:

DAY 1: MARRAKECH - IMLIL - TIZI MZIK PASS 2479M - AZZADEN VALLEY:

We'll pick you up from Marrakech and drive to the picturesque Imlil valley at 1740m. Upon arrival, meet our team including guides and mule handlers. Your trek commences by traversing ancient irrigated terraced fields adorned with fruit trees and vegetables. Ascend over Tiz M'zzik Mountain pass (2479m) and marvel at the majestic waterfalls of Tamsoult. Descend through juniper trees to reach Tizi Oussem village, where you'll spend the night. The trek duration is approximately 4 to 6 hours of walking.

DAY 2: AZZADEN VALLEY - TIZI OUDID PASS 2380M - IMLIL VALLEY - MARRAKECH:

After breakfast, embark on a trek to the Assif Azzaden Valley, passing through several Berber hamlets and ascending to the Tizi Oudite pass. Descend to the village of Aguersiouâl, where you'll enjoy lunch by the river. Then, trek for another hour up the Imlil valley before returning to the village of Imlil. Finally, transfer back to Marrakech. (4 to 5 hours of walking).

RECOMMENDED TREKKING & HIKING EQUIPMENT:

For your trekking we recommend sleeping Bag, day-pack , sunglasses , water bottles : most of the time is possible to buy during the trek from villages, towel, ziplock baggies, needle and thread - safety, pins, camera, batteries. Clothing, sarong (can double as a towel, lightweight sheet or scarf), cotton long sleeved shirt (for intense sun), light wind-proof jacket, a hat (sun), lightweight long pants, 2-3 T-shirts, woolen sweater/fleece, cotton, scarf (doubles as a wash cloth), Hiking boots or hiking shoes, disinfectant creme / gel (Polysporin), bandaids, Ibufrofen (Advil or generic - for pain, swelling), Tylenol (colds and fever), cold medication - Echanacia / zinc lozenges, tweezers, Visine, Aloe vera gel (for burns), Anti-hystamine tablets, diahrrea medication (Immodium) * sunblock * sanitary supplies with ziplock baggies to carry out moisturiser / lip balm with sunblock * book small torch / flash-light (small bicycle lights make good travelling torches) nail clippers wet-wipes soap / shampoo / toothpaste / toothbrush etc ..
