DETAILED ITINERARY:

DAY 1: PICK UP FROM MARRAKECH AND DRIVE TO IMLIL VALLEY 1740M - TIZI N'TAMATERT PASS 2379M - TINGHERINE:

After transferring to the village of Imlil, our trek begins. We hike from Imlil (1740m) towards Tinerhourhine, passing through Tamatert along the way. Lunch will be served on the col of Tizi 'n Tamatert (2279m). After lunch, we continue to Ouanskra - Tamguist. Eventually, we arrive at Tinerhourhine (1600m), where we will spend the night in a local gite. The trek duration is approximately 4 hours.

DAY 2: TINGHERINE VILLAGE- TIZI AGUERSIOUAL PASS 2000 M - ID AISSA, 6HRS

We depart from Tinerhourhine along the Imenane Valley, passing through the Berber village of Ikkiss (1700m). Continuing our journey, we ascend to Tizi n’Aguersioual (2000m) and stop for lunch at Matate (2000m). Our night will be spent in a local gite in Aït Aïssa (1800m). The trek duration is approximately 6 to 7 hours of walking.

DAY 3: TINGHERINE VILLAGE- TIZI AGUERSIOUAL PASS 2000 M - ID AISSA, 6HRS

We depart from Aït Aïssa and trek towards Tizi Oussem (1900m). Along the way, we pass through Tizi Mzik (2400m) and the village of Mzik before reaching Imlil again. The walking time is approximately 4 hours.

This itinerary serves as a suggested route. If you need modifications or wish to design a different trek, please inform us, and we will gladly tailor your desired Morocco hiking tour.

RECOMMENDED TREKKING & HIKING EQUIPMENT:

For your trekking we recommend sleeping Bag, day-pack , sunglasses , water bottles : most of the time is possible to buy during the trek from villages, towel, ziplock baggies, needle and thread - safety, pins, camera, batteries. Clothing, sarong (can double as a towel, lightweight sheet or scarf), cotton long sleeved shirt (for intense sun), light wind-proof jacket, a hat (sun), lightweight long pants, 2-3 T-shirts, woolen sweater/fleece, cotton, scarf (doubles as a wash cloth), Hiking boots or hiking shoes, disinfectant creme / gel (Polysporin), bandaids, Ibufrofen (Advil or generic - for pain, swelling), Tylenol (colds and fever), cold medication - Echanacia / zinc lozenges, tweezers, Visine, Aloe vera gel (for burns), Anti-hystamine tablets, diahrrea medication (Immodium) * sunblock * sanitary supplies with ziplock baggies to carry out moisturiser / lip balm with sunblock * book small torch / flash-light (small bicycle lights make good travelling torches) nail clippers wet-wipes soap / shampoo / toothpaste / toothbrush etc ..
